Directed and co-produced by Tory Estern Jadow, this documentary film (previously titled Recovering Community) follows the lives of six recovering addicts as they confront what addiction means to them and how it is linked to their childhood traumas. Also covering the opioid crisis still rife in America today, this documentary shines a light on what is being done by communities, law enforcement, and volunteers to try to overcome it. Co-produced by Hope Payson.
