As the Metropolitan Museum of Art prepares for its exhibit "Visitors to Versailles", a team of pastry chefs, led by the notable Yotam Ottolenghi, prepares an expansive menu of fine foods for the exhibit's opening gala. Documentarian Laura Gabbert explores the history of the French monarchy as well as the implications that fine dining possesses for the cyclical perpetuation of upper-class culture.
