"The son of notable Kansas City jazz musician Milt Abel Sr., Milt Abel II aspired to live up to his father's legacy, however, found that his passions existed in a different art altogether. Milt Abel II honed his skills in the culinary industry, eventually earning a place at Thomas Keller's The French Laundry and Per Se as the head pastry chef. This documentary profiles Milt Abel II's career journey as well as his relationship with his late father. Directed by Ben Proudfoot.
