As the birth of their first child draws closer with each passing day, young couple Elliot (Joshua Leonard) and Jackie (Jess Weixler) feel the anxiety of new parenthood creeping in. Jackie and Elliot's dysfunctional childhoods do nothing to ease their mounting panic. In an effort to soothe their increasingly unhinged feelings, the couple begins an unusual journey in search of catharsis, healing, and self-discovery alongside a ragtag band of misfits, hoping to welcome their child into a more cohesive, less-zany family.
