In this documentary originally produced for European public access channel ARTE, cameras glimpse some of the planets' most awe-inspiring man made structures while interviews conducted with those who designed the brilliant buildings discuss their historical and social functions as well as the inspiration that guided them. Structures featured in this release include the Sendai Mediatheque, the Royal Saltworks of Arc and Senans, the St. Foy Abbey, the Guggenheim Museum, and the home of designer Jean Prouve.
