Synopsis
In Part 1 of a two-part episode, a man (Tom Irwin) who lost his wife on Sept. 11 kidnaps her former boss (Marsha Dietlein Bennett), and later takes six hostages, including Samantha, during a botched delivery of ransom money by Jack's team in a bookstore.
