Attending his 15th high school reunion, Vinnie (Ken Wahl) touches base with two old friends: Denise (Cathy Moriarty) and Mooch (Tony Gadios). In an ironic turn of events, Vinnie has become a federal undercover agent, Denise is now a cop, and Mooch is a criminal lawyer. Unaware that Vinnie's mob connections are "in the line of duty", Denise is determined to unearth damaging evidence against her former schoolmate. Warned of this by Mooch, Vinnie cooks up a scheme to teach Denise a lesson about bending the law in the pursuit of justice--while an unexpected romance blooms between two of the three protagonists.
