Upon reporting to work at the OCB, Michael Santana (Steven Bauer) is brusquely informed that the organization's headquarters have been shut down due to lack of funds. Fortunately, both Santana and his OCB boss have been given new assignements, working hand in glove with New York Attorney General Winston Chambers (Frederic Lehne). Meanwhile, the widows of several military helicopter pilots want Santana's former associate Hillary (Cecil Hoffman) to prove that their husbands' deaths were caused by technical malfunctions--thereby launching a full-scale investigation against a shady aircraft-part manufacturing firm. The second of Wiseguy's three climactic episodes, "Dead Right" was never given a network telecast, but instead made its first appearance in syndication.
