Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Mulder and Scully journey to Ellens Air Force Base in Idaho to investigate the disappearances of several army test pilots. The wife of one of the pilots suspects that something is amiss with the aircraft that her husband and the other missing men were assigned to test. Mulder discovers that the aircraft has been assembled from alien technology, culled from secretly captured UFOs. Despite Scully's skepticism, Mulder is determined to get to the bottom of "Project Aurora." First telecast September 17, 1993, "Deep Throat" was written by Chris Carter.
