Synopsis by Hal Erickson

Keefe Brasselle and George O'Hanlon (the latter famous for his voiceover role as George Jetson) join Red Skelton in a spoof of 77 Sunset Strip. In the comedy sketch "Clem the Private Eye," Clem Kadiddlehopper (Red) is an elevator operator, working in the same building as private investigators Mr. Zimba (Brasselle) and Mr. List (O'Hanlon). (Zimba. . .List. Zimbalist! Get it? GET IT????) Inspired by their example, Clem becomes a sleuth himself-a job that will last as long as he lives, which may not be too long. This episode aired March 22, 1960.
