Eve Arden is Red Skelton's guest on this program from October 3, 1961. In a "George Appleby" comedy sketch, henpecked George discovers that he and his shrewish wife Clara (Eve Arden) are not legally married. Curiously, ABC's The Flintstones used the same basic plotline at around the same time, proving beyond doubt that the world of TV comedy was a small one indeed.
