This episode from January 18, 1955 has become famous thanks to its inclusion in several "Golden Age of Television" compilations. The highlight is a spoof of The Honeymooners, with guest star Peter Lorre as Ralph Kramden (!) and Red Skelton as Ed Norton (who spends several minutes trying to extract a bowling ball from his fingers).. In keeping with Lorre's reputation as a horror actor, Alice Kramden is played by TV "scary movie" hostess Vampira. As for Trixie Norton, she's played by a ghoulishly made-up Muriel Landers, a specialist in "funny fat lady" roles.
