Synopsis by Janiss Garza
When Geanor Lisle (Katherine MacDonald) is named as correspondent in a divorce case, her parents (Margaret Campbell and Ernest Joy) take her to Brittany to wait until the scandal blows over. While there she meets and falls in love with Peter Garstin (Nigel Barrie). He refuses to listen to a word about her past and they marry. But almost immediately after the wedding, Garstin finds out about the scandal from a friend and Geanor, who can't bear to face him, leaves. While going over the Channel she runs into Craven (William Clifford), the husband in the divorce case, and she tumbles down a stairway trying to avoid him. Garstin tracks her to a London hospital and, even after looking at the divorce complaint, believes his wife must be innocent of the charges. He goes about proving it, and he and Geanor are reunited.
