Crooked gypsy leader Delgrovia (Paul Lambert) trains dogs to kill their masters, the better for Delgrovia to control the world's stock market. When Waverly's cousin falls victim to the fangs of his own mastiff, UNCLE agent Illya infiltrates Delgrovia's headquarters with the help of dog expert Guido Panzini (Pat Harrington Jr., in the comic role that first brought him TV fame on The Jack Paar Show in the 1950s).
