Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
The owner of a demon-infested apartment building incurs the wrath of Hell when he refuses to offer his newest tenant up as a fleshy snack in this darkly funny horror comedy. Hard-drinking Tyler owns a quaint, 3-unit apartment complex in a great part of the city. Virtually everyone who stops in for a look makes Tyler an offer. But there's one big problem: Tyler's building is home to a pair of ancient demons who savor the flavor of humans. Up to this point, Tyler has had little choice but to give his satanic tenants exactly what they crave. But lately their eating habits have gotten a bit out of hand, and when a troubled young woman moves in looking to escape her turbulent past, Tyler decides it's high time to take a stand against the hungry hellions, even at the risk of becoming the main course in his own house.
