Synopsis by Augustine Chay
Director Kwang-shik Kim’s historical war epic film restages the Siege of Ansi in 645, which lasted for eighty-eight days. Commander Yang Man-chun (In-sung Jo) leads the troops of Goguryeo (an ancient Korean kingdom) in defence of the Ansi fortress against the 500,000 men strong invading Tang dynasty army.
