This white-knuckle thriller follows couple as they travel to Chile to visit a childhood friend. But when the three take an ill-fated hike through the Andes mountains and wind up at the cabin of a psychopathic goatherd, their dream vacation turns into a gruesome nightmare, and a fight for their very survival.
