Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

A Brazilian teen devastated by his father's recent death reaches out over the internet for companionship, and encounters a pair of spirit guides who show him a mysterious alternate reality. Left alone with his mother in a Southern Brazil village, the withdrawn, 16 year old Bob Dylan fan spends most of his time online, where he interacts with others under the username "Mr. Tambourine Man." Desperate for contact with the outside world, he soon comes into contact with spirit guides Jungle Jangle and Julian. Now the more time he spends in their alluring domain, the less appeal reality begins to hold. Writer/director Esmir Filho adapts the novel by author Ismeal Caneppele.
