Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Silent star Lillian Walker's own production company was responsible for An Embarrassment of Riches. Sweatshop worker Elizabeth (Lillian) dreams of being swept away by a wealthy Prince Charming. Her dreams become reality--at least half-way--when she inherits a fortune from philanthropist John Russell (Carl Brickert). She soon finds that love has no price tag and that her true heart's desire is settlement worker Bobby Gildersleeve (Edward Keenan), a banker's son who disdains all signs of wealth. Elizabeth decides to win Bobby over by posing as her own impoverished secretary. How did they get all this into a mere 5 reels?
