Synopsis by Janiss Garza

Priscilla Dean plays a girl with a taste for adventure in this action-packed drama. Anita Gray (Dean) may be the daughter of a wealthy businessman (Phillips Smalley), but she prefers to spend her time gambling with denizens of the underworld. She gets herself in hot water when a thief plants stolen jewels in her car. Then she finds out that the car itself is stolen. She has no choice but to make a getaway on a steamer headed for the Orient. She discovers she has to work for her passage, but once she lands in China, she does her best to vanish. Her concerned father, meanwhile, has asked his representative, Hamlin (John Bowers), to track Anita down. She manages to elude him and takes charge of a dice table in a gambling den. When the Datto of Mandat (Gustav von Seyffertitz) starts losing big, he kidnaps Anita and takes her to his palace. Hamlin has finally discovered Anita's identity and goes after her, but he, too, is captured. The two of them finally escape from the palace with the help of a local police commissioner and head back for the States as a couple.
