Synopsis by Matthew Tobey
The sophomore effort from Thai director Anat Yuangngern, this horror thriller concerns a peaceful small-town that find its tranquility shattered when people begin vanishing. Before long, the locals begin to realize that a creature unlike anything they've seen before is behind the disappearance. The Brutal River was released in its native Thailand as Khoht phetchakhaat.
