Swan Lake tells the story of Odette, a princess turned into a swan by an evil sorcerer’s curse which is now part of pop culture and has been the source of inspiration for many ballet masters and epic story-tellers, including 2011 Darren Aronofky’s Oscar-winning Black Swan. In association with Glass Slipper Live Events Productions, the Mariinsky Theatre and the Cameron Pace Group, the re-interpretation of Tchaikovsky's masterpiece will be captured from the Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg, Russia.
