Rex Allen, who was perhaps the best fighter of all the singing cowboys, dukes it out with Roy Barcroft in his usual spectacular manner by pinning Roy's hands behind his back, then furiously spinning the veteran bad guy around for the final wallop. The kids loved this kind of stuff, and despite the cost-cutting reliance on stock footage from old Republic serials -- in this case a train crash and a flood -- the Allen Western held its own again encroaching competition from television, at least for a while.
