When Zack finds out that the class president gets a free trip to Washington D.C., he decides to run for the position, much to Jessie's chagrin. Being the popular big-man-on-campus that he is, Zack leads in the polls as the election approaches; however, when the trip is cancelled, he changes his mind and tries to lose on purpose.
