Synopsis
Arthur Mitchell's Dance Theatre of Harlem turns an audience of youngsters on to ballet in this award-winning program. They perform basics from the bar, including "Rhythmetron," a blend of classical and African dance; "Biosfera," a pas de deux; and "Fete Noire," a gay dance set to Shostakovich's Piano Concerto No. 2.
