This teen comedy follows child genius Erwin who becomes the youngest girl to enter high school in her town. Her love for science occupies her time, and her parents want her to develop social skills. She later meets a fellow science geek named Winston who, like her, is also unpopular in school. For a science fair project, they team up and develop a chewing gum laden with a formula that could make the chewer popular in their very judgmental social circles.
