In this mild thriller, Pol (Angelika Bartsch) is the name of an attractive and very popular singer. She is being stalked by a maddened fan, who is extremely jealous of her. When she drops in on an ex-lover of hers, she is inadvertently putting the man in jeopardy. However, by some mischance the stalker's gun catches her eye and at the same time the fan finds her mere presence so overwhelming that he is unable to carry out his scheme. Bartsch's singing is one of the highlights of this film.
