Synopsis by Jinko Labitag
Abe (Frank Grillo) gets hit by a car after fleeing a crime scene. He is taken to the hospital, and there, he meets Paul (Anthony Mackie), a nurse. When authorities start investigating the scene Abe fled from, his brother, Mateo (Christian Cooke), decides to use Paul as a way to get his brother out of the hospital and back to him. To do so, he kidnaps Taryn (Teyonah Parris), Paul’s very pregnant wife. As Paul finds himself trapped in dangerous dealings, he discovers that he is much tougher than he thinks. This 2019 remake of the 2010 French film is directed by Joe Lynch.
