Synopsis
A woman (Melissa Gilbert) goes to McNamara/Troy after her dog bites her breast. Meanwhile, Christian comes on to Michelle, who is approached by James (Jacqueline Bisset) with a surgical demand; Christian accompanies Liz to a lesbian pickup bar, where he offers her his dating expertise; Julia's having trouble breast-feeding, but Marlowe Sawyer (Peter Dinklage) can help her; and Sean has another encounter with Monica Wilder (Jennifer Hall).
