Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
Plastic surgeons Dr. Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) and Dr. Christian Troy (Julian McMahon) return in Season 4 of the FX Network's controversial medical drama Nip/Tuck. As Christian and Sean celebrate a milestone surgery, the merriment is offset by a devastating revelation by Julia (Joely Richardson). It seems that there may be something wrong with the baby, and now Sean has become consumed by fear and doubt. Later, after an unusually intense appointment with his psychiatrist Dr. Faith Wolper (Brooke Shields), Christian rushes home and begins redecorating his apartment.
