Synopsis by Hal Erickson
The all-purpose title Morgen Gat Het Beter (Tomorrow Will Be Better) was applied once more to this Dutch domestic drama. Seeking a job after the death of his father, college coed Willy Verhulst (Lily Brouwmeester) finds work at a radio station. When an announcer faints dead away one evening, our heroine steps in and scores an instant success. Though she is beloved by millions of fans, Willy's own love life is none too happy, culminating in a consolation marriage after the boy she truly cares about betrays her. Morgan Get Het Beter was adapted from a novel by Annemarie Selinko.
