Synopsis by Travis Norris
Set in Hong Kong in 1997, an undercover policeman, Lok, finds himself in the midst of an unsettling political conspiracy. As he gets caught up in gang violence and police conspiracy, Lok must constantly straddle the line between right and wrong. As he preservers and gains clout with his various factions, Lok must take on an unprecedented political responsibility. Ming-Sing Wong writes and directs the film.
