Synopsis by Janiss Garza

Although Diana Rosson (Edith Roberts) is a rich, sophisticated young woman, she can't stand the eligible bachelors that her aunt (Clarissa Selwynne) keeps sending her. She wants a real man, not a pampered society gentleman. So she takes off for her country estate in search of one. When she gets there, she finds that several all-too real tramps have broken in, but before they can do her any harm, a stranger, Dick Webster (Emmanuel White), arrives and sends them on their way. The grateful Diana buys him a luxurious new car, which ruins the budding romance right off -- he's poor but honest and has no interest in becoming involved with a spoiled, wealthy girl. But Diana has her own way of solving matters -- she sends Dick to her poor relation (Diana, of course, disguises herself as this relative). The two fall in love and only after they are married does Dick discover that he has wed Diana. As first he is angry, then he understands that money -- whether it's a little or a lot -- really doesn't matter, and they return to their wedded bliss.
