A detective searching for a dying businessman's lost love finds himself stranded on an uncharted island populated by five eccentric grandmothers who refuse to let him leave in this outrageous comedy sequel from South Korea. The president of a major Korean company is dying. But before he passes on, he longs to see his true love on last time. In order to find her, the wealthy entrepreneur hires Detective Chung-su. With only the woman's name and the name of the island she lives on to guide him, the detective charters a private boat carrying only one other passenger. But before the boat can reach its intended destination, a huge storm sends it crashing to the ocean floor. Subsequently awakening on a mysterious island alongside the other passenger, Chung-su encounters five feisty, elderly women who refuse to let the pair leave. Now, while attempting to find a way off of the island, the detective begins to suspect that one of the women may be the one he's been searching for all along.
