Synopsis by Nathan Southern
This family oriented CG-animated movie spoofs a classic series of European pictures, the Sissi films, which starred Romy Schneider. The original films relayed events from the life of Empress Elisabeth of Austria, nicknamed Sissi; with his satirical take on the events, celebrated European animator Michael "Herbig" Bully tells a variation on the same story, but renames his heroine Lissi, fills the narrative with sight gags, pratfalls and jokes, and throws in at least one kidnapping by a madcap Yeti. Herbig, Christian Tramitz, Rick Kavanian and others provide voices.
