A grieving widow fights for her life after moving to a new town and uncovering evidence of a massive prescription drug trade that implicates her late husband, a respected police officer. Her husband Eddie shot dead during a home invasion, Sally (Estella Warren) attempts to cope with her loss by leaving the city, and moving into the home he built for his family. Upon settling into her new environment, Sally begins to suspect that her next door neighbor is peddling a powerful and highly addictive prescription drug in the community. Everyone is addicted, and the repercussions are tearing the town apart. Discovering that the local corruption has roots that seem to lead directly to Eddie, Sally follows the trail of clues to the person she least suspected to be capable of such diabolical evil.
