At 19, Pavel works in the local factory like his father and his grandfather before him. During his free time, he goes to the banks of the Loire with Anja, his childhood friend whom he is secretly in love with. But when a social plan is announced at the plant, Anja is seduced by Antoine, the boss's son. For the first time in his life, Pavel is no longer sure of anything .
