As one of the most respected and dedicated officers on the force, Ling (Carina Lau) has dedicated her career to ridding the city streets of the criminal element, no matter what the cost. When Ling catches wind of an illegal arms smuggling ring by way of a fellow officer who had been working on a jewelry theft case, she enlists the help of her cousin Lo (Teresa Mo) in bringing down the mafia weapons smugglers in a hard way.
