Jaret Belliveau and Matthew Bauckman's documentary Kung Fu Elliot profiles Elliot Scott, an ultra-low-budget action director with big dreams of becoming the next Chuck Norris. He stars in his own productions as well, and he enlists an eager inexperienced crew to help him assemble Blood Fight, the movie he's convinced will set him on the path to the big time. All the while, his girlfriend tries to keep him focused on the realities of his life without making him sacrifice his dreams.
