Fitness expert Karen Voight leads viewers through an invigorating stretching and strengthening routine that works the muscle groups in both the upper and lower body and provides tension release. Body toning exercises are combined with traditional yoga poses to create a workout that appeals to the sports- and fitness-minded. The lower body workout includes exercises for safely strengthening the abdomen and back. Breathing and stretching movements are accompanied by the soothing tones of the new age soundtrack, creating a feeling of relaxation both during and after the workout.
