As hosted by certified physical trainer Karen Voight, the exercise release Karen Voight: Slim Toning on a Ball brings techniques from three different fitness modes - pilates core sculpting, yoga stretching and weight training - together into one powerhouse routine. The participant can use the regimen in question to increase his or her metabolism, and strengthen, sculpt and elongate his or her muscles via the use of a stability ball and 3-8 pound dumbbells, while avoiding the bulky, unattractive look that can occasionally result from muscular development. Target areas include the midsection, thighs and buttocks.
