Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka
The blonde Julia (Gunilla Olsson) is many things to many people, depending on the situation, which seems to be changing on a regular basis. She is sometimes a charwoman, sometimes a thief, often dictatorial, or irresponsible, and devoted to having a good time. She hangs out with some shady men who seem not to know that the world's standards for a "punk" look have changed in the last decade. Julia's temptress ways can even mesmerize a stolid government official (Knut Huseboe) into leaving his position and his wife. Her antics and adventures skip along through musical numbers and fantasy segments -- leading in many directions at once and at the same time, nowhere in particular.
