In an isolated small community, a mentally-unhinged yet charismatic sheriff (Manon Halliburton) succumbs to her violent urges, coercing her subordinates to assist her in the brutal treatment of a young woman named Lisa (Kristen Vaganos), whom they abandon deep in the forest, inches from death. However, Lisa receives an opportunity for revenge when she endures a bite from a werewolf, acquiring new, supernatural powers that renew her strength and sense of vengeance.
