Synopsis by Sandra Brennan
This Norwegian film offers an often grisly mixture of horror and black comedy. On an island near the Norwegian coast, a young couple, Einar and Lene are vacationing for the summer. One day, after Einar and friend Bjorn go fishing, Lene is visited by her former lover, Gaute. Gaute ends up getting drunk and naked in her home and then falls asleep. He never awakens and Lene is left to dispose of the body. Frightened, she hauls him to a potato cellar. In the process she accidently breaks the corpse's neck. As the story heats up, accusations of murder coupled with further attempts are everywhere as the characters try to determine what happened to Gaute.
