Dorothy, the self-proclaimed master con artist, finds herself on the other end of the con at the hands of the Shanghai Longu Bang. Thought to be dead, Dorothy is actually alive and living in a coastal town after washing ashore. She has no memory of who she was, but that doesn't prevent local crime lords from thinking they recognize her. Now, Dorothy will have to remember who she was if there is any chance of keeping the crime bosses from finishing her off for good.
