This video is part of a series that looks at events of the 20th century that captured the public's eye and affected world opinion. This volume contains the story of one of the most famous heroes of early aviation: Charles Lindbergh. Lindbergh was the first pilot to cross the Atlantic from America to England, which made him an international hero. The world lost some of its innocence with the sad story of the kidnapping and murder of his young son.
