In this fantastical short, a refugee from hell returns topside, and he begins a quest to plumb the depths of the waters surrounding New Orleans. Using the garbage, leftovers, and ruins of the hurricane-ravaged city, the man and the town's citizens build a boat to attempt to save those who stuck in limbo beneath the surface.
