Marcos (Villanueva Cosse) is in the hospital, having barely survived the attempt on his life. Renzo (Julio Chávez) leaves some men stationed at Mrs. Spinelli's (Esther Goris) house, but the killer, Bruno (Antonio Birabent) still finds a way to get to her, killing a couple of cops in the process. Bruno calls Renzo to taunt him, and vows that he will soon kill Feldman (Norman Briski), too. Laura (Paola Krum) continues to see Bruno as a patient, unaware that he is the maniac that has been tormenting her. Renzo hires an imposing bodyguard, Catalani (Manuel Vicente), to protect Feldman and his family. But Catalani, working together with Martin (David Masajnik), is unable to stop Bruno. The killer finds a way to get to Feldman, shooting Martin in the process. With the bodies continuing to pile up, Jiménez (Luis Luque) warns Renzo that the chief of police is going to assign someone from the homicide division to the case.
