Synopsis by Olivia Cantor
When his ex-wife Piya (Janina Gavankar) falls victim to an unknown alien pathogen, ex-marine and absentee father Malik Kahn (Riz Ahmed) races against time to protect his young sons Jay (Lucian-River Chauhan) and Bobby (Aditya Geddada) from infection. As more and more individuals suffer from the disease following an impact by an infected asteroid, Malik embarks on a journey into the wilderness with his children in hopes of fleeing the chaos to safety. Michael Pearce writes and directs this psychological science fiction thriller co-starring Octavia Spencer.
