Synopsis by Emru Townsend
The unmanned Star Horse spacecraft's systems have failed, and it's threatening to crash on the World's World planet. Narita Operations is trying to bring it down gently by remote control, but once the director gets word, he's agitated; the ship is carrying GCT, an ultra-high explosive. The airport is finally ready to reopen so that people can return home from the city, and he doesn't want anything to go wrong and stand in the way of the first safe departure. Meanwhile, the Lovely Angels have learned that Touma's life is still in danger. He has been secretly searching for the person who infected the World's World computer with a virus, and he thinks he's found the culprit; JAIC, an artificial intelligence that invaded the system when it introduced the virus, is now trapped inside. Realizing that Touma is on to it, it downloads itself into an android body and tries to get offworld by making its way to the airport -- just as the Star Horse is arriving. (American release in 2001.)
